How to create a username and password in IEPF for filing Form 5 INV?

The challan generated on filing e-form 5INV shall have the user id and password details.

Dear Ganapathi

Upload duly filled Form 5 INV through MCA by selecting EFORM UPLOAD category, after the e form upload the user id & Pass word will be appear in the challan it self.
