1. To manufacture, prepare, market, trade, supply, import, export, improve, buy, sell, food products which inter alia includes but is not limited to vegetables, fruits, flowers, pickles, spices made of chilies, chilies powders,turmeric, pepper, cloves,herbs and other food items derived from agricultural or farming activities or horticulture or floriculture and ancillary or other allied activities.
2. To carry on the business of canners, preservers, growers of fresh and/or preservable products of vegetables, fruits, flowers, herbs,medicines, drinks, fluids and othersand generally to carry on the manufacturing of pickles, chutney, masalas, mixtures, vinegars, ketchups, juices, custard powder, powder (edible) drinks, beverages, gelatins, essences, ice creams, milk preparations, table delicacies and other eatables.
3. To cultivate, farm, grow, produce, and deal in any vegetables, fruits and flowers products and to carry on all or any of the businesses of foremen, dairymen, milk contractors, dairy foremen, millers, purveyors and vendors, of milk cheese, butterand provisions of all kinds growers of and dealers in corn, hay and straw, seeds-men, and to buy, sell and trade and supply in any goods which is usually traded in any of the above businesses.
4. To carry on in India and elsewhere all kinds of agriculture, horticulture, floriculture and other allied activities and also to establish, develop, promote and aid in Indiaand elsewhere business and industries connected with agriculture, horticulture, floriculture and ancillary or other allied activities.

To
take over, acquire, promote, establish and carry on any of the business of seed
crushers, cold storage and manufacturers of and dealers in groundnut, gingerly,
cotton, more linseed ripe and mustard cakes, oil extractors by crushing,
chemicals or any other process, cake and oil manufacturers, oil refiners, soap
boilers, makers and manufacturers of floor cloths & floor covering of all
description, makers and manufacturers of cattle food and feeding and fattening
preparations of all description,makers & manufacturers of artificial
manures and fertilizers of all description, meal manufacturers, grain and seed
merchants, bakers, biscuit makers, hay, fodder and straw merchants, nursery,
manufacturing chemicals and druggists varnish makers and stein and olin
manufacturers.
