Prescrutiny in MGT 7

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am cs of a public limited company and  facing problem at the time of prescrutiny of Form MGT 7 .The error it is showing is "Kindly enter a valid membership number of company secretary associated with the Company."  

I checked my records from ICSI . They said our record is correct and only your name, membership number and date of birth is forwarded to MCA from them. My DSC is aslo successfully registered on MCA site. On MCA site my name is also appearing in signatory details. I raise ticket on 30th December, 2015 but no reply is received from them till date.

Has any one face similar problem ,kindly share or give some solution .I will be very much thankful to you .

If u r ACS than plz mention A along with membership number.. It vl work.

If I enter A along with my membership number, it shows message as invalid format.

In MGT-7 No need to prefix A or F before membership No., then only form will be processed.

I am very much thankful to all our members for responding to my query.

I know that A or F should not be entered as it shows message invalid Format. My real problem is that I entered my MN. 21290 but at prescrutiny level it shows message " enter a valid membership number of company secretary associated with the Company. " My record with ICSI is correct. My DSC based on PAN number is successfully registered with MCA and I am in the signatory details of my company. I am very much in problem what is going wrong with my MN. Is any one have MCA number apart from APPL .helpdesk no.so that I can directly contact with them for sorting out my matter . I am cs of Berar Finance Limited

Please help me.I have also raised ticket but no reply from their side.

Deepali,

Raise a ticket at MCA portal and mail at appl.h...@mca.gov.in with ticket number and also attached form.

You wil get solution in 1-2 days.

I HAVE DONE THE  SAME BUT NO REPLY FROM THEIR SIDE .THEY SAID 48 HOURS MEANS 6 DAYS . 8 WORKING HOURS * 6 =48 HOURS.

THANKS FOR YOUR SUGGESTION. IF ANY ONE HAVE CONTACT NO. OF MCA OFFICIAL WITH WHOM I CAN  TALK AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM , KINDLY SHARE THE SAME.

Dear Deepali,

I was facing the same issue. Since you have already raised the ticket, now all you to have do is try speaking with MCA on Corporate Seva kendra @ 0124-4832500 , they resolved my issue within seconds after calling them.

PS: They pick up the call very late, hence you to have hold on the call very long.

We are able to file other DIR-12 forms. But against this particular form during pre-scrutiny we are getting error message that "Number entered is not a valid Membership Number."

Dear Sir,

My problem was technical problem from MCA site. After continuous follow-up, they resolved my query and message me that your problem is solved and now you can upload the Form. 

You also raise Ticket for the same and take follow up of the same.
