Dear Professionals,
                         
                         Provide the  NOC format  b/w director and land lord for INC-22.  
Is it okay utility bill for regd office address is in the name of direcotr (not in the name of land lord).

utility bill shall be in the name of landlord simple.

same person has to give noc.

Will  it   works , if utility bill(like Telephone bill) of regd office  is on the name of director(tenant)  instead of landlord.

Devnash ji,
                My  client's landlord not having  any gas bill or current bill or telephone bill on his name.  So we cant get any bill in the name of landlord. Suggest the solution for this.

The landlord can give the below docs:

1. Telephone bill

2. mobile bill

3. Electricity bill

4. Water bill

5. Property tax paid receipt

The landlord has to have one of the above bills, atleast electricity bill.....please find out
