Urgent- Adoption of MOA AOA

Do we need to adopt new MOA if we are increasing our capital or we can adopt it later.

If you are altering MOA, then you have to adopt new MOA as per CA, 2013 and you have to make alteration in new MOA.

if it's private limited company. It is not mandatory. You can adopt it later

You have to adopt it when you are altering. It cannot be done later.
