Dear Members,

The company has issued Optionally Convertible Debentures, while filing Form DPT-3 where to disclose OCDs in the DPT-3? as there is no specific slab for this.

Will it be recorded under head serial no. 15 i(b) bonds or debentures compulsorily convertible into shares of the company within ten years of Form DPT-3?

Requested to solicit views.
