Login problem with MCA V2

Hello Everyone,

Why am unable to download Annual Return and Balance Sheet forms in Public Document V3 portal? It shows that "No document found for the current selection" Even though the company is filing since 4 years.

Annual Return and Balance Sheets are available in V2 portal, not V3.
