Appointment of Director

In one Company, there were 2 directors. They have not done annual fillings after 2015-16. In 2019, both the directors filed Form DIR 11. The Company is still active due to charges. How to appoint directors now?

make a request letter to ROC for insertion of the director through the backend. visit the ROC office they will also provide you required documents checklist,

note- request letter duly signed by the promoter or shareholders
