Dear all,

I had filed the form SH-7 for increase in authorised share capital from 50 Lacs to 70 Lacs. The ROC challan raised by mca is amount of Rs. 94,000.According to our calculation is will near about 20,000.

Can any one have any idea of how the amount of Rs.94,000 is calculated.

Pls reply.

The fees payable after 50,00,000 to 100,00,000 was fixed amount 1,56,000+ 100 for every 10000 increase from 50,00,000 so 156000+20000 = 176000 from this u have to reduce fees at 50,00,000 i.e, 36000 fixed.

the above calculation for other than OPC and Small companies

Confirm your company is OPC and small companies or Other than OPC and small companies

Dear Sir/Madam,

Sorry for putting query in between the discussion. As I felt this as relevant query, i am asking this.

I need to increase Authorised Share Capital of the Company (not OPC) from Rs.40 lakhs to Rs.4 Crores. My calculation says the fees on MOA would be Rs.3,49,000/-.

Am i correct.?

Please find the fees details as per Mca rules

In your case Capital from 40lakhs to 4 crores so we have to calculate at 4 crores and have to reduce fees payable for 40lakhs

so fro 4 crores Fixed = 206000+(for every 10000 above 1 crore till 4 crores is 3000*75=225000 ) = 431000

from that we have to deduct fees payable at 40 lakhs fixed= 36000+(for every  for every 10000 above 10 lakhs till 40 lakhs is 30*300= 9000) = 45000

Liability comes to Rs.386000/-

please check the table below

Authorised share capital Fixed No of 10000 Amount for every 10000 Additional amount Total amount
400000 to 5000000 36000 100 300 30000 66000
5000000 to 10000000 156000 500 100 50000 206000
10000000 and above 206000 3000 75 225000 431000
  398000     305000 703000

Less:Fees payable on 4000000 36000 40 300 12000 48000

Increase in AC

Upto 1 crore Rs.2,06,000/-
1 crore to 4 crores - Rs.75 for every Rs.10,000/- which comes to Rs.2,25,000/- (Rs.3,00,00,000x75)/10000
So Total is Rs.4,31,000/-
minus already paid which is Rs.62,000/- (on 40 lakhs AC)
So Balance to be paid on MOA is Rs.3,69,000/-

Rajesh

Dear Ma'am,

Pls refer Page 11 and 12 of Form SH-7 help.

As per that Rs.2,000 fees for OPC and Small Companies upto Rs.10 lakhs.  From Rs.10 lakhs to Rs.50 Lakhs Rs.200 for every Rs.10,000/- which comes to Rs.80,000/-.  Add Rs.2,000/- to Rs.80,000/- (total is Rs.82,000)
now pls refer AC fee structure for other than OPC and Small Cos.
Calculate directly for Rs.70 lakhs, which comes to Rs.1,76,000/- Less Rs.82,000 from Rs.1,76,000/-
that comes to Rs.94,000/-

Rgds,
Rajesh

Upto Rs. 50 lacs, the mca is taking it a small company and in that case the fees paid is Rs. 82000/- Now on Rs. 70 lacs it comes Rs. 1,76,000/- so difference is 94,000/-
