Registration of DSC on Ebiz Portal

Dear Experts,

Kindly share the detailed procedure to register the DSC on ebiz portal as i am unable to do the same.

I have made all necessary changes as per the settings mentioned in the help kit document given on the portal.

I am getting error as below:

"Check server is running or check proxy settings"

I am in the process of re-submission of Advance remittance form (Form ARF) and it requires DSC of the director of the reporting company to be attached to it for submission.

Can you please share the detailed procedure/checklist to enable to proceed with registration.

please  write to ebiz that you are unable to affix DSC.  They will send procedure and after that if you are not able to affix then you share your user id and password  as well as form  and also authorise them to upload the form

Ebiz  migrated to new portal  and few problems are there.  It will be sorted out soon

I have installed esigner available on ebiz website after that DSC got registered and refer to help booklet for system settings

in my case after successful installation of esigner, DSC not able affix in the form

In my case i have successfully affixed DSC on the form and upon resubmission, it is throwing error that please use valid DSC and hence i started the process of registering the DSC on the portal but till now getting the error that

 "Please check emsigner server is started or update browser proxy setting" 

Upon this error i have changed the settings as per the help document but still it is throwing the same error.
