No. It's not correct..

Extension of AGM here refers to extension on application by company through Form GNL1. If you choose "Yes", the form will ask SRN for the form GNL1, which obviously we don't have.

Dear Mr. Shishir and other fellow members ,

As per my view, since the section has not been amended , the due date of AGM as per section is still 30.09.2021 and the extension has been provided by respective ROC(irrespective of application being made by the Company or not), the fact remains the same that extension has been provided by ROC.

And the forms AOC-4 and MGT-7/MGT-7A do not ask for SRN of GNL-1.

Even the amendment came last year in these forms making SRN field as optional.

I myself have filed all my forms this way last year as well as this year without any SRN and without any sort of Error.

I also opine that the due date cannot be beyond 30 sept as per section 96. 

Also after going through the extension letter nowhere it is mentioned that DUE DATE EXTENDED.
