Disqualified by RoC u/s 164(2)

Dear Members,

If anyone disqualifies u/s 164(2) for five years and the same is expired(5 years)....then do we need to apply by anything to ROC or DIN automatically gets active on the date...???

Yes an application has to be made to ROC in a form in e-form GNL-2 (which I'm not sure).
