Sir can u pls further tell whether director pic is to be pasted on the affidavit or JPEG pic is to be affixed in the word format ?

In the Format of DIR 7, there is no provision for change of directors' fathers name.
How will you deal with the situation.

Point no. d states that the applicant does not have an allotted DIN . For those who apply for change in particulars by filing DIR-6, how this point will be applicable.
