APR under FEMA

Dear All
Previously under ODI, the APR (Annual performance report) was filed physically.
We have foreign WOS (Wholly owned subsidiaries). As per the RBI/2009-10/36 A.P. (DIR Series) Circular No.36, http://www.rbi.org.in/Scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Id=5510&Mode=0 this reporting is to be done online by having a Unique Identification Number (UIN).
Is this number to be generated by the AD or the Company?
In case anyone has done the filing recently, please guide me through the procedure.
Also, what is the last date for filing of the APR? Do we file one common for all WOS or one APR per WOS?

1) AD will forward all the details to RBI to allot UIN and RBI will send the concerned company the letter allotting the same.
2) We need to file one APR per one WOS.
