Unable to Attach documents in E Form PAS 3

Can you please help me for how to upload attachments in E form PAS 3 because I’m unable to attach the documents and details of signing professional .

Hii, it will take time to resolve the issue as mca site is under maintenance. I have also faced the same issue while filling the form PAS 6
