Regarding CSR-1 - Certificate not received on Email ID

What if we don't receive a CSR-1 certificate on mail ID ?

We had to visit ROC regarding the same, then only we were able to get it.

Every time we raised a ticket on mca, they said it is sent to your registered email id but we did not receive it on the email.

constant follow up with roc was the only way out to get it.
