Dear Jyoti

I can give you the Main Objects:

1. To carry on in India or elsewhere the business to generate, receive, produce, improve, buy, sell, resell, acquire, use, transmit, accumulate, employ, distribute, develop, handle, trade, protect, supply and to act as agent, broker, representative, consultants, collaborator, or otherwise to deal in power and energy of all forms including bio-mass power generation through gasification process using various conventional and non-conventional sources including waste, bio-mass, ground nut husk, red gram stalk, juli flora stems, branches, saw dust, coconut pith, coconut shell, chilly stalks, wood shavings, wood cuttings, maize corn cops in all its branches of such place or places as may be permitted by appropriate authorities which would include constructing, laying-down, installing and running bio-mass plants and other equipments as specified by the Central Government or State Government or Local Government or Board, NGOs or other agencies for availing subsidies from local, state, or central Government on biogas manufacturing, production, and distribution from human waste, animal waste, food waste, agro-industry waste, effluent, cow or animal dung, and all the kind of organic waste and also carry out social forestry, tissue cultured agriculture, cold storage for storage of various products including by-product, corporate farming for raw material requirement for power generation, through gasification process without using fossil fuel such as coal, diesel, or other natural gases for getting CMD (Carbon Credit Scheme) under various Government schemes.

 

2. To construct, lay-down, establish, promote, erect, build, install, commission, maintain, carry out and run all necessary generation stations, tie-lines, substations, power substations, work shops, repair shops, wires, cables, transmission lines, accumulators, towers, terminals, meters, street lights, other power plants based on any source of energy as may be developed or invented in future for the purpose of conservation, distribution, and supply of bio-mass of participating industries, state electricity boards, and other boards for industrial, commercial, domestic, pubic and other purposes and also to provide regular services for repairing and maintenance of all distribution and supply lines and acquire concessions, facilities or licenses from bio-mass boards, government, semi-government or local authorities for generation, distribution, production, transmission, or captive or otherwise use of bio-mass power and to take over along with all moveable and immoveable properties, the existing facilities on mutually agreed terms from aforesaid authorities or others and to do all incidental acts and things necessary for the attainment of foregoing objects and also act as management consultants to bio-mass power generation projects.

 

3. To promote, organize or carry on business of consultancy services and training including consultancy and training in human resources capability building or any field of activity in which the company is engaged in or connected therewith.

 

4. To have technical, joint venture, to associate, with all agencies involved in construction, architecture, town planning, in developing of bio – gas, alternative energy solutions.
