Dear Umeshbhai

It is quite easy. Go to google and type NCLT. Click on NCLT. Then u will find click here to proceed. 
Click there.There you will find final orders. Open the same and you will find the necessary orders by NCLT on the petitions.

Even on google if you search 'draft petition before NCLT' you will find many websites, giving you the information.
