Prescrutiny Error in Form CHG-1 filing

Dear Friends,

I am trying to file Form CHG-1 for the past two days but it shows error "Person affixing DSC as Charge Holder is not authorized. 

I download fresh form, again and again tried but still error comes

How to fix this error. please share your views.

I HAVE 3 CHG-1 OF DIFFERENT BANKS

SHOCKING THINGS IS THAT CHG-4 IS FILED OF SAME DSC WHICH ERROR SHOWS IN CHG-1

FYI:

we have received the following message from MCA:

The technical issue in CHG-1 is still not resolved .We regret for the inconvenience caused. We are in the process of fixing the issue and it will be resolved by Monday i.e 20-01-2017 end of the day, also we will update you once the issue is resolved.

in our case there was a last day of 300 days,

now who will bear the penalty and repercussion due to MCA's fault.

Dear Members,

Please use the PAN of the person whose DSC is being used instead of PAN of the Charge Holder (Bank, etc).

This will solve the problem.

I HAVE FILED CHG-4 OF COMPANY WITH SAME DSC ON SAME DAY, PROBLEM IS IN CHG-1 ITSELF

not technically and logically good idea. It is not about uploading on MCA site but registering charge with ROC. When MCA saying that there is technical issue at their end. why should we hurry.

surprisingly even though days exceed 30 days but old form with upto 30 days got pre-scrutised.

but at time of filing error comes due to date.
