Details required to be there on Name Board of Company- INC 22A

Dear Sir/Madam,

As per Sec.12 of Companies Act,2013 , only name of the Company and address of registered office are required to be affixed on the outside of every office

Is it mandatory to print CIN and Mail id on name board of Company for the purpose of INC-22A ??

If so under which section or rule it is mandatory.

Sec 12 only talks about Name, CIN & address of registered office. So if you comply as per sec 12(3)(a) it's sufficient.

But in the webinar, they are expecting other details like mail id, phone no as well

As per the provisions of Section 12 the Name and Address of the Company on the Board is required to be in Local Language and English is not a Local Language in any state of India. See MCA Clarification on page 555 of A Ramaiya Volume 1. The provision under section 147 (1) (a) of the Companies Act, 1956 was the same.

So it is necessary to have the name and address of the company written in local language besides name and address in English language. The CIN may be written in English in both the cases.

sec 12(3)(a) does not talk about CIN, Tel No, Email ID, website

sec 12(3)(c) 

get its name, address of its registered office and the Corporate Identity Number along with telephone number, fax number, if any, e-mail and website addresses, if any, printed in all its business letters, billheads, letter papers and in all its notices and other official publications; and  

Acc to me if  you have just  mentioned name and address in local language it is sufficient

You have to use local language of the place where the office or place of business is situated as the case may be. 

One can't use Telugu or Marathi or Bengali or Urdu in Gujarat but it has to be in Gujarati. Similarly in Andhra it is to be in Telugu and in MP / UP OR DELHI/ RAJASTHAN it would be Hindi.
