Late Filing Fees of AOC 4, MGT 7, ADT1

Dear Members,

A Company Incorporated in Nov 2016, But Company has not filing any form i.e AOC 4, ADT 1 , MGT 7 of FY 2016-17.
Please advice whether they file such forms in June 2018.
What Consequences arises in filing such forms in June 2018 and what late filing fees is levied.
Please advice urgent

Yes , Normal fee + Normal fee multiplied by 12

Pls do it before 1st July in order to avoid additional penalty of ₹100 per day from 1st July + the penalty of 12 times the normal fee
