Stamp duty not paid on shares certificate

Hello everyone,

Company has issued share certificates to the subscribers, but failed to pay stamp duty and it's been 2 years now.

As I am aware that stamp duty is required to pay within a time frame.

But what's the solution, how to get the shares certificate stamped?

It is a Bangalore based company.

Please someone guide me.

In above case what will be issue date on share certificate? It is within one month of incorporation of company or the date when the stamping is done ?
