Pre-Scrutiny error in Form AOC-4

I have already filed Form MGT-7 for the Financial Year ending 31st March 2015, now I am trying to file Form AOC-4 for 31-03-2015.  When I click on pre-scrutiny of Form AOC-4 I am getting an error message which reads as follows:

"You have earlier prescrutinized Form MGT-7.  Do you wish to proceed ?.  I case if you select Yes, all the earlier pre-scrutinizer forms shall be nullified.  Yes or No."

What should I do.  Kindly suggest.  Anybody facing similar problem.

AGM date is correct.

This is normal dearr....u just press yes and proceed for the same. Even I have faced the same thing in lot of forms and I have successfully uploaded the forms.
