NCLT procedure checklist for reviving strike off company

Hi,

I am unable to locate procedure to revive striked off companies by ROC u/s 248 on MCA or NCLT site. can someone share the same on cssatya...@gmail.com

Dear Satyapurohi ji,

Please find below process for revival of company:

File an appeal/application before the Tribunal;

Submit copy of the appeal/application to the Registrar and on such other persons as the Tribunal may direct;

Upon hearing the appeal/ application the Tribunal may pass appropriate order;

Where the Tribunal makes an order for restoring the name of a company in the Register of companies, the order shall direct that:

The appellant shall deliver a Certified Copy to the Registrar of

-Companies within thirty days from the date of the order;

-On such delivery, the Registrar of Companies do, in his official name and seal, publish the order in the Official Gazette;

-The company shall file pending financial statements and annual returns with the Registrar and comply with the requirements of the Companies Act, 20 13 and rules made thereunder within such time as may be directed by the Tribunal.
