MOA and AOA for company incorporated using SPICE form

Hi all,

Kindly let me know as to how can we obtain copy of the MOA and AOA of a company which is incorporated using SPICE Eform 32.

E-moa and E-aoa of the company filed in Spice forms are for facilitating the incorporation of companies. You have to keep copies of moa and AOA as you used to keep earlier. All the clauses of MOA and moa shall be same as were filed in Spice forms.

you can obtain approved e-MOA (INC-33) and e- AOA (INC-34) through certified copies facility available on MCA.
