Form AOC-4 CFS

In case of xbrl, no need to file separate AOC-4 CFS, the consolidated xml shall be attached in aoc-4 itself. AOC-4 CFS is applicable in case of non xbrl aoc-4

agreed with Preeti.. as the form AOC-4 CFS asks for SRN of AOC-4 and not of AOC-4 XBRL.

I found this reply in MCA FAQ

1. In case consolidation is applicable for current financial year and not applicable for the previous year, then how to file consolidated XBRL instance document?

With respect to consolidated financial statements, if consolidation is not applicable for previous year, then consolidated financial statements of current year is to be attached in pdf format only. In this case only standalone financial statement is to be attached in XBRL mode.

Similarly, if consolidation is applicable only for previous year and not for current year, then consolidated financial statements of previous year to be attached in pdf format and standalone financial statement is to be attached in XBRL mode. 

In such case, select 'NO' in the field 8' Whether consolidated balance sheet is also being filed' and provide the consolidated financials in pdf format as an 'optional attachment'.

When you fill the form AOC-4 XBRL, it ask for consolidated xml to be attached therein. So why separate AOC-4 CFS be filed when its already attached in aoc-4. 

Recently happened with me, To clarify this confusion, I talked to MCA official, they told its for non-xbrl. if u enter the srn, the cfs form will not accept it automatically.
