FORM AOC-4, QUERY

 Dear All,

The Company is primarily engaged in generation of power through renewable sources of energy. but the revenue of the the company as per p & l is as follows:

1. Revenue from Electricity is NIL

2. Interest on fixed deposit is Rs.5,00,000/-

then my query is relate to Form AOC-4, what to fill and how to fill the details in the form in page no.10:

Point no. IV: Details related to principal products or services of the company:

Product or service category code (ITC/ NPCS 4 digit code)

Description of the product or service category

Turnover of the product or service category (in Rupees)

Highest turnover contributing product or service code (ITC/ NPCS 8 digit code)

Description of the product or service

Turnover of highest contributing product or service (in Rupees)

The revenue from principal business activity (electricity) is NIL. 

The int on FD is 5 Lakh, this is other income. 

Hence, turnover is to be mentioned as Zero, no ITC/NPCS code to be mentioned.
