Date of Appointment of Director for MBP-1 and DIR-8

Dear Learned Members, 

We need to take MBP-1 and DIR-8 from the directors. 

Where are one Director was been appointed in 2010 and resigned in 2015 thereafter he again appointed as a Director in 2017. 

Which date we need to consider for the same ?

For 1st MBP-1 & DIR-8, you need to take the date on which he was appointed.

For subsequent FY, you can take the date as 1st April of the FY.

In our case he has appointed 2 times on the board. Which date we have to mention in the column of Date of Appointment.

If the director is submitting the declaration for 2017-18 & thereafter, then you need to give the date of appointment of 2017 only
