Seeking expert guidance:
For F.Y. 2024-25 revised financial statements where additional income was discovered after original signing and UDIN generation, and AOC-4 is yet to be filed.
Should the dates of board approval and auditor signing reflect the actual recent signing dates for the revised statements, even if these fall after the original AGM date?
Will the MCA V3 portal accept signing dates that are chronologically post-AGM?
