Query raised by MCA regarding Form 3 of LLP

I had uploaded the Form 3 of LLP and after uploading the form, the MCA has raised the following query.

 “1. Submit AGREEMENT OF RATIFICATION and signed by all the partners as the date of execution of the agreement is prior to the date of incorporation.”

 I just want to know is there any Draft copy of AGREEMENT OF RATIFICATION or just advise me what should be done.

It seems that you have executed llp agreement before the date of incorporation. You now need to ratify the agreement.

I have a query as we already had paid the stamp duty.  So we again need to pay the stamp duty on Ratification Agreement or it simply requires a 100/- rupee stamp paper.

Pls clarify.

Yes, 100/- rupees Stamp paper will suffice.
