STK-2 Status on MCA portal

Hi everyone, 

has anybody filed STK-2 recently, status is still pending for approval. form filed on 11th Feb, 2023, now-a-days how much time is ROC taking for any action, any idea

All STK-2 will be dealt with in C-PACE. It will be operational from 01.04.2023. Till then local ROC will not take any action on this,

As per the latest guidelines issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the processing time for Form STK-2 is estimated to be around 45-60 working days from the date of submission. However, it's important to note that this is only an estimate and the actual processing time may vary.
