Formates for MOA & AOA for foreign director

Dear Professional 

i need formates for MOA & AOA , and signing procedures 

i am received resubmission remark even after aoa moa attached notrised moa & aoa

remark is 1. RUSSELL is signing outside India, provide apostillised/notarised/authenticated by a diplomatic or consular officer, as applicable, AOA, MOA & passport of RUSSELL. 2. Provide separate subscriber sheet of AOA & MOA for foreigner & indian subscriber as per their signing place. 3. Provide AOA & MOA in prescribed format as per the companies act, 2013.

In which country Russell sign the documents? check applicability of apostile/ notarised/authenticated by a diplomatic or consular officer in your case on the basis of place of sign of Russell.

attach two  subscriber sheets 

1.one is signed by india subscribers mentioning date and place of signing along with details of practicing professional and date and signing of them.

2. another separate subscriber sheet signed by subscriber outside along with professional details.
