MGT-7/7A Attachment - Sheet with Validation - query

Hi,

This is with reference to the attachment of the Form MGT-7/7A newly introduced in V3 portal. The attachment format of the said form regarding the “Details of shareholders or debenture holders” contain two tabs i.e. “Sheet with Validation” and “Sheet without validation”. Sheet with validation has prescribed format and has specific columns whereas sheet without validation has nothing specific.

Can we proceed with “Sheet without validation” and add our own formats for filing the “Details of shareholders or debenture holders”. Is there any specific instruction regarding the same.

Yes. You can proceed with the sheet name without validation. 

In this sheet we are copy pasting the same details we used to attach in pdf format till last year.
