Dear Sir,

While going through the PAS 4 i have found that the company needs to give its past 3 years financial position.

My question is what if the company is new (say incorporated before 3 to 6 months) and it is going for private placement?? what information shall the company give in this regard.. Kindly help me in this matter.

And if you have any formats prepared kindly share with me.
