Profile updation from Registered user to Business user

Hai

I am trying to upgrade from Registered user to Business user in the profile update, which is not happening.   The system takes the information for Add role and when i validate Pan and press save button, i get a message that profile has been updated,  but when i re-login it shows as registered user only.   

Any suggestions?

Please check the expiry time of dsc.. if it’s within next one month then it’s advisory to make new dsc and then register it.. I have done the same with 2 DSCs.

You have to send request for cancellation of profile, and then create a new profile.

Hi sundaram,

For upgrading from Register User to Business user, one has to raise the ticket. Post raising the ticket, they will ask for PAN and Authority letter of the Company to authorise person as Authorised Signatory on behalf of the Company.

Next step is filling of all the details of Authorised signatory like Date of birth PAN etc. then Role change is processes at the end of MCA.
