Form 11 LLP

Dear all,

Going to file form 11 LLP from one of DP I'd since it is a small llp. At last two DP dsc is required. Dsc of dps already associated in V3, can I proceed to file it? 

Or one DP dsc to be affixed two times, please help.

Can form 11 be edited after generating SRN?

If yes how many times please.

You have to affix 2 DSC's of DP's & better to be of different DP's for making it authentic. Secondly, you can edit as many times as possible before uploading it even after the SRN is generated. However, once the form is uploaded, then you cannot file any revised forms like we used to do under V2.

I have submitted the form 11 and download  for Dsc , now after certification not able to upload, as while clicking upload button new form 11 getting downloading , status shows as pending for dsc uploading and payment .Pls suggest .

You have to go to the extreme right corner where you will find the option of upload. Keep trying using different browsers. Enable pop-ups & clear temporary files from the system before uploading.

You can send me the screenshot. So that I can guide you better.

I have submitted the form, SRn generated and downloaded to sign and certify the form , after the same now not able to upload the form, while trying to upload the certified form , and clicking upload button getting new form 11 downloading ,

It should not happen. By clicking on the upload button, you should be able to upload the form. Then you will have to speak to the helpdesk as it is a technical issue.

Better speak to the helpdesk besides raising tickets because in such cases they will just give a standard response. If possible, I can try connecting through Anydesk as well.

Do one thing  after downloading the form, do not sign out. keep it live. put dsc on the form immediately and upload the form from the live user ID. I filed 3 forms i this way

You can edit the form at the portal itself. You will find that option on the corner of the page. You have to scroll it. After the form is downloaded, you cannot edit the pdf document.

No need to file form 3 for correction. The data showing wrong because of technical glitch. And by filing formn3 you will make it more complex. 

So, don't file form 3.
