Sebi SAST exemption Form filing fees mode of payment

Dear Members, 

Acquire wants to file form with the Board exemption under Regulation 10 from open offer process for which fees of Rs 1.5 lacs have to be paid. 

Anyone knows how to make this payment of fees.
