Dear Sir,

We have submitted 3 AOC 4 forms within due date but they were showing as pending for approval till 13th dec and after that status was showing approved but  yesterday we have received email stating that the respective SRN was not taken on record as they are not resubmitted on time.

We have not received mail from ROC for submission or the status when we check the resubmission option kindly help What we can do in this case 

As ROC Kolkata help desk number wrong in MCA.  

 

Anyone has face the same pls help

It was sent for resubmission due to the balance sheet being in 000 and the same figures mentioned in forms not actual amt.

same was done with Mumbai ROC the Forms status was shown pending for approval but after some day i got approval mail from ROC but in this Kolkata ROC they straight rejected the form. I haven't received the resubmission option in form.

Pls inform what to do
