Stamp duty on Share Certificates in UP

Hi

It may be done through buying normal stamp paper of applicable stamp duty, at front of stamp paper you may right share certificate specifications.

Dear Surbhi

Only Delhi Revenue department use SHCIL to collect the stamp duty, in UP SHCIL  is not authorised to collect stamp duty on certificate of shares.

if share certificates are few, normally I get the same embossed/endorsed with stamp-duty from sub-registrar.
for bulk share certificates, i follow the procedures suggested by other members,
