Dear Learned Members,
Can anybody provide me a draft format for "Corporate Guarantee against Advance"?
Refer this:Company A has given a work order to Co.B and also pays some advance money.Now the company B has to give a corporate guarantee to Co.A.i need this corporate guarantee for advance.
Please reply urgently.
