Dear Shruti,

Annual Return to be filed by the LLP for the year ended 31.03.2017

The LLP have to file e-form 11 with ROC within 60 days from the close of financial year i.e, on or before 30th May, 2017 

Attach company(s)/ LLP(s) in which partner/ designated partner is a director/ partner as PDF.

Statement of Account & Solvency

LLP have to file e-form 8 with ROC within 30 days from the end of six months close of the financial year i.e, on or before 30th October 2017

Attach Disclosure Under MSME.

Failure to file the forms with registrar, make the LLP liable to pay additional fees of Rs. 100 per day as penalty

Hi,

Form 8 or Annual Statements is Applicable on those LLP which are registered till the 30-09-2016. if you LLP is registered after the 01-10-2016 then you have to file LLP Annual Statements in the year 2018.

Sir, Thank You very much for the information, but just need one clarification- My LLP was incorporated after 30-09-2016 on 27-10-2016. Then in Which Form I will file this Annual Financial Statement of LLP. And Sir, is there any notification in this regard.

Please guide.

As per FAQ on MCA (http://www.mca.gov.in/MinistryV2/llpefiling.html):In case LLP has been incorporated on or after 1st October of financial year, then LLP can close its first financial year either on the coming or next 31st March i.e. LLP files its first financial year details for 18 months.

It means LLP can close its financial year in March 2017 if its incorporated in Dec 2016.
