Please guide on the following queries:

1. Can an Indian Private Company issue unsecured Optionally Convertible Debentures to Indian Company ..?

2. Whether such unsecured OCD is treated as Deposit or not..?

change the browser. I had this problem in Chrome but resolved in Chrome Incognito mode.

Although forms are not filed because of other errors in forms.
