Elligibility of company to impart 15months Training.

Dear Professionals..

Is it possible to do 15 months Management trainee in a company having 5cr as paid up capital but no Company Secretary in whole time employment..? Is the company elligible to impart training as per ICSI guidelines..?

Please guide me on this.

Dear Friend,

 

If there is no CS in the Company who will impart training to you!!

 

The regulation says that a trainee has to undergo training under a CS either in whole time employment or in practice. Hence, the essence is that you will be trained only by a CS.

there is no restriction on company to impart 15 months mgmt training if there is no cs,,,,,,,whole time director /director/chief executive can sign training form or certificate...
