Section 8 Company under RERA

Dear Professionals, 

RERA - Gujarat has permitted to form a Section 8 Company as an association of allottee by promoter of the real estate projects. 

Has anyone incorporated such company ?

Firstly Sec 8 company not allow to do business Real estate so not question arise whether guj RERA permit or not

Under RERA Law, builder has to form an association of allotee for the management & maintenance of society.

 

The said company won’t pursue profitable objectives like other commercially motivated company.
