Doubt regarding Company incorporation

Dear Team ,

Please clarify on this -a company is being incorporated in which there is 1 director who is of Indian nationality but is residing outside India on visa.

What are the additional requirements in this case?

If he is Indian national and holds an Indian mobile number as well. You can consider him as a local director as well.

Just enter the Indian address. No need for foreign address.

Will these have any adverse implications if we mention there present address in India but they are actually living out of India.
