Error in uploading form 15 llp

UPLOADING THE FORM 15 CHANGE OF REGISTERED OFFICE OF LLP . AFTER AFFIXING THE DSC IN THE FORM WHEN UPLOADING IT FROM V3 LOGIN i.e., from UPLOAD THE FORM IT IS SHOWING THE ERROR-PLEASE ATTACH THE DSC AFFIXED PDF VERSION OF THE FORM . HERE I HAVE BEEN ATTACHED THE SCREENSHOT ERROR.

Associate the DSCs a Director & download the form using crome.. It's work..
