Pay Later Challan Status showing Payment Not Applicable

For 3 of our forms (Form 8, DPT-3), we clicked on Pay Later after uploading yesterday. After that there was a blank screen. But we saved the Challan Number. Today when we check their status, it is showing PAYMENT NOT APPLICABLE. What to do?? Is anyone facing this issue??

for payment not applicable case wait for 24 hours ... same happened with me for dir-3 kyc when i clicked submit after generation of SRN it was showing both in transaction and payment status as payment not applicable but after a day wait..it got approved and challan got generated

Yes in case of DIR-3 KYC it happens as payment is actually not applicable. But for Form 8 payment is applicable and if it shows Payment Not Applicable, how can i pay?

I am having  similar issue with my few challans, when I called  to MCA helpdesk  they  asked  me  to  raise a service  request  but also said nothing  can be done now.

We have to cancel  SRN and upload  new forms again.


I am still waiting  revert on my raised request.

Nothing can be done now on these type of SRNs. While selecting the paylater user must need to generate Paylater challan. If its not generate then user needs cancel those SRNs(except Zero fees forms) and re-upload the forms. I have experience of such type of cases and mca ticket team will also give you the same reply.

It happened to me last year and i called MCA they said for using internet explorer for pay later.

Hence for every time you people upload forms , please use the explorer. Google chrome will corrupt the uploaded  form , SRN will generate, but the paylater challan will not be generated and after looking at the track SRN Status , it will show that the payment is not applicable, even though the Fees is applicable.

Hence when ever the SRN genearttes and PAylater challan is not generated, then always see the Transaction Staus, and if it will show, payment not applicable even though the payment is applicable for that particular form, then it means the form corrupted and not completely uploaded and  you will never be able to make payment to that particular SRN.

For the above case, u need to cancel SRN, and re-upload the same form using internet explorer, make sure the With SRN , complete Paylater Challan is generated.

Also USe the suggested version of internet explorer..

Hi,

It is better to cancel the SRN and re upload it.  Sometimes this pay later option doesn't work well.  

We have experienced with many same error issue in recent times. Even MCA will give you same solution sometimes.

Even after the Form is approved the Challans are not getting generated.  Even after 3 days.

Just received mail from helpdesk that they have resolved the issue. I tried making payment and was able to make payment though paid challan was not generated. Now I am raising ticket for other SRN also. Not sure if the outcome will be positive since it is more than a week now. But worth a try.

I too raised a ticket a week ago & still the status is showing as Queued & the Challans are not generated yet. Really pathetic situation.

I have uploaded form 8 and 11 of the financial year 2017-18 and 2018-19 but due to problem with MCA , i have clicked on Pay later but pay later challan not generated , Now the status is showing as pending for payment, 

When i am making the payment then it is showing Your request could not be processed. There has be an internal application error. 

Suggest the action either cancel or new upload. If i do then the late fees will be charged or not?
