Any solution for this? Am also not able to download AGILE Pro Form since morning. It is showing an error that PDF file is damaged. I even edited the form and then downloaded but it is not working.

I was also facing this pdf generation error since Friday. Today I switched the system, edited the form, and submitted it. It happened in one go. Try again.

but in this case i think OTPs have to be generated again, in my case, Director is of UK, very difficult to get the OTPs

My one form got resubmitted I have Edited the form Accordingly resubmission Query But.BUT Whiledownloading the form Signed Form Without New details as per resubmission getting downloaded what to do ??

TRY IT FROM DIFFERENT USER LOGIN MAY WORK

I WAS FILING FROMM COMPANY CIN USER ID IT THE FORM WASNT GET SUBMITTED. WHEN I FILE SAME FORM FROM DIFFERENT USER ID IT GOT SUBMITTED IN ONE GO. BOTH ARE BUSINESS USERS STILL THIS IS THE ISSUE.

Hi,

Try changing the password and then login to download the pdf.. While downloading open it in the browser and then save as pdf. This worked in my case. Please try.

In Chrome, there is a download extension with a ⬇️ symbol on the right hand corner. You can click on it, and it shows the downloaded files, there will be a folder symbol, don't click on it. Click on the file name, it will open in another tab of the browser. Then download it and save it as pdf. Hope this helps.
