HOW TO REGISTER DSC OF DIRECTOR WITHOUT DIN NO.

HELLO EVERYONE,

I WANT TO REGISTER DSC OF NEW COMPANY DIRECTOR ON MCA SITE .

AND THE DIRECTOR HAVE NOT DIN . SINCE THIS IS NEW COMPANY . 

WITHOUT REGISTERING DSC HOW CAN I APPROVE SPICE FORM

If director has no DIN no., register his DSC as Authorised Representative, wherein his PAN no. will be required. You can try that way. 

And in case of new company, in SPICE form, I think the system will not ask for registering DSC.

Dear Girish Sir,

Just to bring to your kind information that since the Spice forms got revised w.e.f. 2nd March 2018, after prescrutinizing the form, if the person has not been allotted a valid DIN (like in the above case) & has not got his DSC registered with MCA, it will shoot an error saying that "PAN No has not been registered with MCA".

Hence as said by Peer, it is mandatory to register the DSC first as an authorised representative. This will help you to upload the form. Then re-register the same with MCA after DIN has been allotted.

It happened with me recently.

Dear Karthik,

Today only I filed spice form. In this, one Director has no DIN. But it is not asked to register DSC. It is filed successfully.

After filing this form. I saw this mail and replied.

Before filing this, I also understood that the same procedure need to follow what you said.

Because in my case it had asked to register the DSC first before uploading the form. After registering only, it allowed me to upload. Maybe this is a rare case. Because majority of the people after 2nd March had faced this issue
