Attestation in share transfer form/deed

Can anyone let me know that when attestation from notary/magistrate is required in share transfer deed/form as per CA 1956 ?

i dont think a CS can attest....attestation as per CA 1956 was required when the signature does not tally with the specimen...sometimes people would have it attested as a precautionary measure also
